Pain free dentistry with local anaesthesia

Also called topical numbing. It has no general effects on the body as a whole; it turns off the pain only in a certain, circumscribed area by temporarily interrupting the conduction of nerve endings. Unfortunately, the unpleasant, stretching sensation caused by needle insertion is inevitable for this procedure. On request, the injection site can be benumbed with a special gel. Local anaesthesia is used for smaller, outpatient surgeries at our pain free dental clinic in Buda.
 

Pain free dentistry with total intravenous anaesthesia

In this case, a combination of active substances is injected intravenously into the patient’s body. After intravenous introduction, anaesthesia is sustained via an infusion pump. During intravenous anaesthesia ventilation is ensured with a mixture of oxygen and air.
 

Pain free dentistry with analgosedation

For more severe cases or potential drug sensitivity, narcotic analgesia is performed. After intravenous introduction, active substance levels are maintained via an infusion pump.
